Q81 : Israel in Systematic Theology

    Hi Tony,

I have a question about Arnold Fruchtenbaum's book Israelologya. Would you recommend this book as part of a systematic theology study I am doing or are there other books that cover Israel more effectively? If you are not able to answer - no problem and again thanks for all your hard work in His Word.

    A81 : by Tony Garland

Israelologya by Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum is an excellent, but very meaty book. I don't think there is anything else that approaches it in its depth of treatment concerning the topic of Israel in Scripture. The subject of Israel in the scriptures was truly a missing link in systematic theology until Dr. Fruchtenbaum's ground-breaking work. In my earlier years as a Christian, I worked through this book in detail and learned many valuable things. Along the way, the reader receives an excellent overview of the various millennial views (pre-, post-, a-) and comes to understand how each views all things touching on Israel.

I highly recommend the book -- it is destined to become a classic.

It is available in both Libronix and print format through Ariel Ministriesb.
