Davidic Covenant
God makes a covenant with King David promising an eternal house, throne, and kingdom. The covenant finds fulfillment in the eternal God-man Jesus Christ, the Son of David, who will one day return to earth to reign on David's throne. (2 Samuel 7:8-16; 1 Chronicles 17:10-15)
