Deb Garland

Deb was born-again during a high school youth rally at Lutheran Bible Institute in Issaquah, Washington in 1973. Deb and her husband Tony live on Camano Island, Washington where they attend Mabana Chapel.

Deb holds the Advanced Diploma of Biblical Studies from Tyndale Theological Seminary and Masters of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary.

Deb is trained as a reading specialist having obtained her B.A. Ed. from the University of Northern Colorado (1978) and her M.A. Ed. from Western Washington University (1984).
