02 Modesty Of Heart	Modesty of Heart This session defines and illustrates one of the foundational building blocks: modesty of heart. Built on a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, this kind of modesty springs from a desire to live a life that is pleasing to the Lord. [34 minutes]
03 Modesty Of Appearance	Modesty of Appearance This session shows how external modesty (modesty of appearance) is built on the foundation of internal modesty (modesty of heart). It discusses several principles of external modesty, as well as some of the dangers of immodesty. [44 minutes]
04 Emotional Purity	Emotional Purity God's plan for intimacy requires that a life-long commitment come first, and emotional purity provides protection before the time that such a commitment is made. This session shares practical guidelines for maintaining emotional purity throughout life. [64 minutes]
